Brenda coaches a wide-range of clients to access their highest levels of potential.  With a compassionate approach and a depth of experience, she supports clients in connecting with their most compelling desires, developing a clearly focused and achievable action plan, and providing high-energy motivation for success.

Bringing over 20 years of sales, marketing and finance experience spanning many sectors including corporate and international organizations, regional businesses and non-profits, Brenda has a breadth of knowledge to address a wide-range of business development needs.  Whether a client is a solopreneur looking for business startup coaching, or a C-Suite executive who is looking for high quality leadership development and employee engagement strategies, Brenda can offer the right solution.  She is highly skilled at facilitating Board development as well as leadership development at all levels.

Brenda is recognized for taking large-scale visions and developing a systematic, step-by-step approach to process creation, performance outcomes and measurable success. For example, through her leadership, the Cape Cod Free Clinic Development Office was grown from non-existent with no systems, to being ready to undertake a multi-million dollar Capital Campaign in just three years.  She is masterful at researching options, developing detailed strategic plans and then consistently implementing until successful outcomes are achieved. She excels in helping teams re-define old systems or develop new ones to serve their needs at the highest quality level.

Brenda is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).  She is a Certified Professional Coach trained in both Core Energy Leadership™ through IPEC (The Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching) and the Results System™ through Thought/Action. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing from the University of Massachusetts.

For fun, Brenda loves to be outdoors, exploring new hiking trails or looking for adventure.  She is very active in her community helping young children, especially girls, have access to high level STEM opportunities out of the classroom.  She has a passion for Irish dance and competitively performed in her teens.  Brenda can often be found enjoying the activities in which any one of her 6 children are participating.

I have had the pleasure of working one on one with Brenda for just about 3 months now and I am so thrilled that I have had the opportunity to be coached by her. Brenda is a voice of reason, encouragement and praise in the crazy entrepreneurial life I live. Our biweekly check in calls are just the hour I need to refocus on tasks, goals and the future – without them I would not have someone holding me accountable or giving me praise or feedback for the work I am doing. I have realized that I am a really great event planner, but business planning is key, and Brenda has been the perfect person to focus me on the business – its strengths, weaknesses and how I can grow.

Thank you Brenda for helping me bring awareness to the different levels of energy. Your guidance has supported me in utilizing new tools that have strengthened myself and my business. I appreciate your ability to connect and recharge my focus, set appropriate goals and provide me with steps to move forward.

What I’m finding really rewarding, working with Brenda, is the chance to talk, to open up about my fears, my doubts, what makes me happy, and have someone along for the ride who can point out my emotional “scenery.” Having that outside perspective helps, even more so when the perspective is also coming from a place of insight and training in support of the conversation. I can feel the benefits already, and it feels like having arrows in a formerly empty quiver. I went from not even HAVING a quiver to now having arrows and that knowledge alone gives me the stability and strength to know I’m not just plodding along. It’s both a subtle difference and a strong one. Beth
