George is an exceptional gentleman with the unique ability to both inspire confidence and motivate you to excellence. George spent a career developing men and women to respond quickly to threats and opportunities, to save lives and make a community confident in his ability to lead. As a coach George brings passion, energy, empathy and the excitement necessary to help others navigate through challenges and personal growth. I highly recommend working with George and the innerOvation team as you enhance your leadership skills and navigate life’s winding trails.
Mike BrahamI had the pleasure of working George last year at the Northern Virginia Leadership Development Institute for Company and Command Fire Officers. Although we had never worked together before, George was tremendously flexible and accommodating in working collaboratively to ensure that the students received the best educational experience available. His more than 30 years of experience leveraged for the benefit of the student learning experience was unmatched! Beyond being tremendously smart with a wealth of experience, he is just a nice guy. I would strongly encourage anyone seeking professional services to use George.
Matthew TobiaWith George on my team I thrive. Why? Because with George I get both the character of the man that he is, as well as the man that is the character that he is! This guy can light up a room. We laugh, we share our life experiences, and we plan, plan, plan for where we’re going next. I have never had a month where my investment in coaching time didn’t pay off in multiples of increased productivity. By investing that time in myself, I am so much better for my clients. Everything is better in all aspects of my life when I take the time to honestly assess it all and be accountable to my coach. I am proud and fortunate to have George on my team, and you will be too!
Steven InnisGeorge has worked with three of my employees and the results have been fantastic. He works to bring out the best in them and their performance has soared since they began. I recommend George and his service for any employee you think needs a little extra coaching to fulfill their potential.
